ORDER PROCESSING

 

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

 

SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA

 

We currently ship only within India.

DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS

 

If your order is delayed, please check the tracking information provided by the courier.

If your tracking shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at accessaristic@gmail.com so we can assist.

 

DAMAGED PACKAGES

 

We strongly recommend recording a continuous, unedited opening/unboxing video when receiving and opening your package.

If the package appears damaged, please record its condition before opening it.

For claims involving damage, missing items, or an incorrect product, an opening video may be required in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
